Yes our labels are waterproof! They are dishwasher, microwave, and washer, dryer safe. All of our labels are “Peel & Stick” It is advised you wait 24 hours before washing clothing or putting the labels in the dishwasher. They are very durable and long lasting

Unfortunately we can only use one name per label set. You can add the first and last name – some people prefer to add just a first or last name. Generally names are a maximum of 20 characters long. We can try and squeeze a name – however it would be smaller on the label.
We have one set which you can add 2 different names. It is the “SIBLING SET”. It is unique to Elora Label Company. You can add 2 names, 2 ICON choices, and 2 colour combination choices. Ask us about ordering for a ‘3rd child special!’
No you do not need to have a PayPal Account – you can easily use your Visa or Mastercard without having to sign-up for a PayPal Account. If you do have a PayPal Account you can choose to pay for the products with that.
As a new company, unfortunately we do not have a Label Pre-viewer to offer you at this time. We have provided pictures to help you preview various Label Packages with various colour combinations and designs. The printed colours may vary slighty from the pictures on the website.
Yes we are happy to provide Gift Certificates for the Elora Label Company. You can purchase denominations of $10, $25 and $50 from our online store. You can call us at 1 (519) 766 – 3331 or email us at info@eloralabel.com if you would like to order a gift certificate in a custom amount. You can add a recipient name and short message to your gift certificate as well. When ordered from our online store, a paper gift certificate will be issued and mailed to the shipping address provided. The gift certificate will contain a code for use in our online store, but may also be used for phone and email orders.

Elora Label gift certificates may be used at our online store, or when placing a phone or email order. Each gift certificate contains a unique one-time use code. When checking out, you will see a field at the bottom of your shopping cart to “Apply Coupon”. Please enter your unique code in this field and click “Apply Coupon”. If your order amount is less than the gift certificate, a new code will be issued to you for the remaining balance after your order has been fulfilled. Gift certificates do not expire.
